All the Performers at Donald Trump’s Inauguration Ceremony and Events

Donald Trump’s Inauguration is scheduled for Monday, January 20th, and it promises to be a historic and memorable event. This day will mark Trump’s return to the presidency as the 47th president of the United States, making him only the second president in history to serve non-consecutive terms. The first was Grover Cleveland, over a century ago.

While the swearing-in ceremony is the highlight of the Inauguration, there’s a full weekend of events planned leading up to it. From musical performances to grand balls, the celebrations are expected to bring people together from all walks of life to mark this significant occasion.

In the days leading up to the event, several well-known artists have confirmed they’ll be taking part in the celebrations. Stars like Carrie Underwood, Jason Aldean, Rascal Flatts, Parker McCollum, and Lee Greenwood will be performing across various events, adding a musical touch to the festivities.

A Look at the Inauguration Events

Make America Great Again Victory Rally

The festivities begin on Sunday, January 19, with the Make America Great Again Victory Rally at Capitol One Arena. This large venue can hold around 20,000 people, and the event kicks off at 3 p.m. ET. The rally will feature a lineup of patriotic and country music stars, including Lee Greenwood, Kid Rock, Billy Ray Cyrus, and the Village People. Liberty University’s Praise Choir and the United States Marine Corps Band will also perform, ensuring a blend of high-energy entertainment and tradition.

This rally sets the tone for the Inauguration weekend, bringing together supporters for an exciting celebration filled with music and enthusiasm.

Swearing-In Ceremony

The main event, of course, is the Swearing-In Ceremony on Monday, January 20, at 12 p.m. ET. Before President Trump takes the Oath of Office, there will be a series of musical performances to open the ceremony.

The University of Nebraska-Lincoln Combined Choirs will begin the event with a musical prelude, creating a solemn and uplifting atmosphere. Next, Christopher D. Macchio, known for his powerful tenor voice, will perform a song before JD Vance takes the Vice Presidential Oath of Office.

Afterward, Carrie Underwood will take the stage to sing a stirring rendition of “America the Beautiful.” She will be accompanied by the Armed Forces Chorus and the United States Naval Academy Glee Club, making for a powerful and emotional performance.

Lee Greenwood, a longtime favorite for patriotic events, will follow with a performance of his iconic song “God Bless the USA,” accompanied by the United States Marine Corps Band. Finally, after Trump is sworn in as president, Christopher D. Macchio will return to close the ceremony with a heartfelt performance of the national anthem.

Commander in Chief Ball

Later that evening, the Commander in Chief Ball will honor military service members and their families. This special event will feature performances by Rascal Flatts and Parker McCollum.

Gary LeVox, the lead singer of Rascal Flatts, expressed his excitement about performing at the ball, saying on social media:
“I’m so honored and grateful for the opportunity to perform at the inauguration of the 47th President of the United States. It’s going to be a night to remember, and I can’t wait to celebrate with everyone!”

Liberty Inauguration Ball

The Liberty Ball will feature a lively lineup of performances, including Jason Aldean, the Village People, and a surprise guest. Jason Aldean, a well-known supporter of Trump, has been vocal about his admiration for the president and has attended numerous rallies with his wife, Brittany Aldean. The Liberty Ball will undoubtedly be a night filled with celebration and energy, bringing together Trump supporters for an unforgettable evening.

Starlight Ball

For high-dollar donors, the Starlight Ball offers an exclusive evening of music and celebration. Gavin DeGraw, known for his soulful voice and chart-topping hits, will be the headlining performer. This event provides an intimate setting for guests to enjoy world-class entertainment while commemorating the occasion.

More Events on the Horizon

In addition to the official balls, there are 18 other unofficial Inauguration events planned.
