Kid Rock and Billy Ray Cyrus are reportedly set to join the growing list of artists performing at events surrounding Donald Trump’s inauguration.
Trump will officially become the 47th President of the United States on Monday, January 20th. He’ll be the second president in history to serve two non-consecutive terms, following Grover Cleveland. Trump’s first term ran from 2017 to 2021.
The inauguration celebrations won’t just happen on January 20th; events will take place over several days. Reports say that Rascal Flatts and Jason Aldean will perform at the Inaugural Ball on January 20th.
Jason Aldean and his wife, Brittany, have shown their support for Trump before, including attending the Republican National Convention in July 2024.
The Village People, famous for their song “Y.M.C.A.,” are set to perform at Trump’s “Victory Rally” on Sunday, January 19th. Lee Greenwood is also scheduled to sing his patriotic anthem, “God Bless the U.S.A.,” on Inauguration Day.

Carrie Underwood has also been confirmed as part of the lineup. She will perform “America the Beautiful” at the ceremony. In a statement, Underwood said:
“I love our country and am honored to have been asked to sing at the inauguration and to be a small part of this historic event. I am humbled to answer the call at a time when we must all come together in the spirit of unity and looking to the future.”
Underwood’s decision to perform has sparked mixed reactions, with some people criticizing her while others praised her for participating.
Kid Rock and Billy Ray Cyrus Added to the Lineup
A report from Axios says that Kid Rock and Billy Ray Cyrus are also joining the list of performers. According to an unnamed inauguration official, the two will take the stage during Trump’s “Victory Rally” at the Capital One Arena on Sunday, January 19th.
In August 2024, Billy Ray Cyrus shared a photo with Trump, calling himself a “proud American.” Cyrus has also performed songs like “Amazing Grace” and “Some Gave All” at special events, including the funeral of Corey Comperatore, who tragically died during a shooting at a Trump rally in Pennsylvania earlier in the year.
Kid Rock has been a vocal supporter of Trump and the Republican party for years. After Trump’s election win, Rock encouraged Americans to unite and shared a message on social media, saying, “God has blessed America, and together with President Trump, we will make America great again.”
Fans can look forward to any videos that may surface of Rock and Cyrus performing at the “Victory Rally” on Sunday.
