At 71 years old, Cissie, the third child of Loretta and Oliver “Doolittle” Lynn, has followed in her mother’s musical footsteps, embarking on a country music career in her early-adult years. In 2011, she released a full album featuring Loretta Lynn hits titled “The Daughter of the Coal Miner’s Daughter.”
In recent years, Cissie has maintained a relatively low profile, contributing to the management of the Loretta Lynn Ranch and supporting her mother’s enduring legacy.
