New Details Disclosed About Rex Linn’s Character On Reba’s Show “Happy’s Place”

Fans of Reba McEntire were buzzing with excitement when she made a delightful announcement about her upcoming NBC sitcom, Happy’s Place. The news? Her boyfriend, Rex Linn, is officially joining the cast! He’s the latest addition to the already stellar lineup, which includes Belissa Escobedo and Melissa Peterman, both previously revealed as Reba’s co-stars.

In the show, Reba will take on the role of Bobbie, a woman who unexpectedly inherits a restaurant following her father’s passing. The twist? Her newfound business partner turns out to be her long-lost half-sister, Isabella, portrayed by Belissa Escobedo.

Meanwhile, Melissa Peterman steps into the shoes of Gabby, a character described as a “needy and dramatic” bartender who harbors a desire to be Bobbie’s sister.

Reba didn’t spill any beans about Rex’s character during the announcement, keeping it a tantalizing mystery. She simply expressed her excitement, stating, “…now we’re back with Melissa Peterman and Rex Linn, my boyfriend, and [a] wonderful, wonderful cast and crew.”

Who Does Rex Linn Portray on Happy’s Place?

Exciting news about Rex Linn’s role on Happy’s Place recently surfaced, courtesy of an article by USA Today published on May 10.

According to the publication, Rex will be portraying a short-order cook, presumably at the restaurant owned by Bobbie and Isabella. However, they kept mum about the character’s name, leaving fans eager for more details.

In addition to Rex’s role, USA Today also provided insights into the show’s airing schedule. Although an exact premiere date wasn’t disclosed, the series is slated to debut in the fall, airing on Friday nights following Lopez and Lopez.
