Grace Kelley, the daughter of Wynonna Judd, has found herself in legal trouble once again. The 28-year-old was arrested in Georgia on August 3 and booked at Carroll County Jail. She faces three charges: attempting to evade police, driving with a suspended license, and not using motorcycle equipment correctly. Kelley was able to post a $2,750 bond and was released the following day.
This arrest follows a series of legal issues for Kelley. On April 5, she was arrested in Alabama on charges of indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations. Just a week later, on April 11, she faced additional trouble when she was charged with soliciting prostitution after exposing herself on a busy highway. Initially, her bond for this charge was set at $2,000 but was later increased to $2,500. The charge of soliciting prostitution was eventually dropped, and the indecent exposure charge was reduced to public lewdness. Kelley pleaded guilty to both charges of public lewdness and obstructing government operations. The public lewdness charge required her to pay a $200 fine, with a 90-day jail sentence suspended, while she served 60 days in jail for the obstruction charge. She was released from jail on May 23.

Kelley’s legal troubles have a history. In 2016, she was sentenced to eight years in prison for possession of meth and violating probation by leaving a court-mandated drug rehabilitation program. She was released early in December 2022, but her legal problems continued. In May 2023, she was sent back to jail for violating an order of protection and her parole terms. She was released once again in October 2023.
During this turbulent period, Kelley also experienced a significant personal milestone. In March 2022, she was granted a temporary leave of absence to give birth to her daughter, Kaliyah Chanel. Despite these personal and legal challenges, Kelley continues to face a complex journey both in the courts and in her personal life.
